Intuitive healer and teacher Rachel Kristina will host a live, two-session event at the Cosmos Theatre, offering immersive workshops focused on clarity, intuition, and intentional living.

As a trained intuitive, Rachel brings a unique depth to her work – creating moments that feel like “this is exactly what I needed.” Through advanced intuitive tools, embodiment exercises, and insightful teachings, she guides individuals toward meaningful, real-life change while inviting them into deeper alignment with who they truly are.

The afternoon workshop, Clearing the Clutter: How to Move from Chaos to Clarity (2:00 PM), explores the emotional and mental obstacles that keep us holding on past usefulness. Rather than striving for minimalism, participants will learn how to release mental chatter, honor sentimental items, and intentionally shape spaces that authentically reflect who they are – because what you own shouldn’t own you.

The evening workshop, The Science of Intuition (6:00 PM), challenges the idea that intuition is vague or unreliable. Rachel will explore the science behind intuitive knowing and introduce a practical tool attendees can begin using immediately to strengthen their intuitive abilities.
