“The Vortex Ate My Leprechaun”

presented by zenprov comedy

Zenprov Comedy performs at Cosmos Theatre Arts in Prescott, AZ, on Saturday, March 21, at 7:30 PM for their complete improvised show “The Vortex Ate My Leprechaun.”

Zenprov Comedy performs a mix of fast-paced, hilarious, improvised scenes created in the moment based on audience suggestions. Unlike sketch or stand-up comedy, nothing is scripted or prepared in advance, so it is never the same show twice.

“Zenprov Comedy is the funniest improv troupe in Northern Arizona. People were laughing so hard that their cheeks were hurting,” said Mr. Patrick Schweiss, Executive Director of the Sedona International Film Festival.

Zenprov Comedy draws on the rich material of living in a place steeped in spirituality, UFOs, vortexes, gurus, radical vegans, and confused tourists lost in roundabouts. Zenprov’s otherworldly performances explore inventive satire and cosmic giggles. Performances can be suggestive, irreverent, and unapologetic, but always apolitical.

The show’s runtime is approximately 90 minutes.
